By accessing or using Eksubot, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
This platform is primarily designed for students, staff, and alumni of Ekiti State University (EKSU). By using the service, you represent that you are part of the academic community or have a legitimate interest in campus services.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and update it as necessary.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Eksubot for any illegal purpose or to violate campus regulations. Prohibited activities include posting spam, fraudulent marketplace listings, or offensive content in the community feed.
5. Marketplace Transactions
Eksubot provides a platform for student-to-student commerce but is not a party to the transactions. Users are responsible for verifying items and conducting safe meetups on campus.
6. Limitation of Liability
Eksubot is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the platform or reliance on tools like the CGPA calculator for official records.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
